Message	[ http://twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1142458/Why-does-engine-knock-with-a-coil-unplugged.html ] Problem was a single rod bearing about to go out due to RTV clogging an oil passage for the bearing. 1 main bearing and 1 rod bearing. Rest were great. Thankfully I'm anal about weird occurrences/noises and tore down the engine to make sure what it was. Saved myself an engine. Lesson learned about oil pan RTV...lol
