Subject	Misfires Continued, little further on diagnosis.

Message	For more back story, please refer to the thread made here: Link to previous thread Tonight I had some time to work on the car and decided to pull the coil pack connectors one by one while the car was idling. While pulling cylinders 2 and 4, there were no changes to the idle speed. I pulled these two plugs and noticed both plugs have a white crusting to them. Shining a flashlight down into the cylinders show the piston covered in what I assume is oily grime. Here are the pictures of the two plugs: Any ideas on what to check next?
