In a nutshell. Remove plenum, exhaust downpipes, fan shroud, clutch and fan, both coolant hardpipes timing covers, idler pulley attached to lower plenum to remove belt without cutting, remove valve covers lower plenum with fuel rail still attached, remove head studs from both heads, don't forget both 10mm bolts hidden beside them and pull the heads off with manifold and turbos still attached. Last and most importantly, enjoy a cold beer.
