I'm not saying something is wrong, just observing here. Usually leakdown and compression tests line up somewhat. In the leakdown though #3 was low by a good bit, but it's higher in the compression test. All that said, it's tough to say on a motor that's been sitting. Maybe that exhaust valve was sitting open and got some dust deposits. Maybe there's a little buildup and that's what's dropping the compression. When I did my TT swap, I bought a "90k" motor that the seller said he had done a compression test on before he pulled it. Once I got it running I was pretty disappointed to see compression numbers in the 115psi range. I did a few oil changes, adding ATF the day before the change and a month later all cylinders were up to ~135 except #3 which was 5psi low. Pretty sure the rings were a little stuck from sitting for years, and running loosened them up.
