Message	His chart is a plot of force applied vs deflection. For just the weight of the transmission sitting static, the 30P deflects about .325" the 40P a little more than .25". The ES mount though only deflects about .04" much stiffer. The difference in the factory mounts is most likely because the auto transmission is significantly heavier than the manual. -Dan VTC Solenoid Caps and install instructions.
