There's going to be no day that they flip the switch and modded cars are made illegal. It'll be a slow progression. It's tough to call on where the line is though. I'm all for being a good steward, but the EPA also needs to be called on their bullshit. I want a "modded car" registration. There are already tons of people paying $300-$500 every 2 years for a hot smog to register their car. Make it legal and let that go to the DMV instead of a shady smog shop.
