There's also the opposed piston engine.

And the Nutating Disk Engine.

The split cycle or Scuderi Engine

Axial engines, which actually nearly made it into aviation use in the early '00s.

There are also tons of hairbrained schemes trying to be able to spark ignite heavy fuel for UAV use. I spent about a year trying to get this abomination to run reliably
