Message	ment. People in california get caught every day for removing smog equipment. Not saying it's impossible to pass the visual. But I wouldn't have passed the visual without my EGR at teh shop I went to. That doesn't mean I couldn't have hunted down shop after shop until I found one where they overlooked it.......providing that the first place wasn't mean enough to red flag my car to DMV.
