Message A schraded valve is a tire stem, you can get them with external threads and they will just thread into the PVC. I used them to make a seal leak detector for my 2-stroke street bike. I used one of those mini 12V pumps to air it up, but you could use a bicycle pump also. I had to put a pvc plug into each of the 2 carburettor inlet boots. One had the air inlet, the other had a $5 pressure gauge from Autozone to read the pressure. Worked great. That PVC plug for the Z's is big enough to have the schrader valve and pressure gauage on it at the same time.
