: mentioned regarding the the manifold studs, there was PLENTY of thread sticking out with the stud extending beyond the length of the nut when tight. The idea of dismantling the turbos before clocking them was interesting though. Hmmm, these turbos came from Avalon. The flange for the turbine housing was a lot thicker then OEM. Taking things apart was the fastest way for me to get things done properly. Getting a wrench to the center section for the oil feed fitting was basically impossible. With the compressor housing off, I could get things tightened the way I wanted it. : I thought about drilling and tapping the turbos for the actuators and decided I wasn't overly comfortable with doing that so opted to make the brackets and go for the HKS actuators. I didn't have aftermarket WGs, just the OEM's which fit & worked fine once the holes were drilled/slotted. : Did you use the stock oil/water lines? Yep, all of them. : Thanks for the additional pointers :) NP, wish I had a working digicam, so much crap to take pics of & no way to do it. I thought the copressor outlet hose stuff would be useful, so I threw it all in there.
