Hello my friends, I want to say thank you for all your generous help throughout the years. Now I have another question. I have gone about installing the inlet water pipe that goes over the thermostat about three times now with leaks. I've tried just the paper gasket, leak, I've done the RTV, then the paper felcro gasket, and then RTV method, and still a leak. In case it's the mating surface of the pipe, I went ahead and ordered another used one from ebay. From those of you had experience, what is the best method of installing this pipe? Some people say to avoid using the paper gasket and to just use RTV alone, is that correct or should I use the felcro gasket? Should I try again with the rtv --> gasket ---> rtv method again? Thank you guys. 1994 NA
