Message	in the document he says "The stock value of the rev limiter at 7FB4 is 8C which of course is hex. 8C in decimal is 140. 140 times a conversion factor of 50 equals 7000". And then he uses a conversion factor of 2 in altering the top speed limiter. Why the conversion factors, what am I not thinking about...?
