Subject	Power Steering Pulley Misaligned

Message	So last year I had all my drive belts replaced and when I got the car back it start squealing at start up. I thought they just need to be tightened but wow somehow my belt is a good quarter to half inch off the pulley you can see in this video. I definitely want to fix it but it somehow runs and drives just fun just once a week it will squeal until I rev it. Did the shop that replaced my belts but this on backwards? Or not press it on enough? Or is possible that it was always like this. I just know in the two years before I replaced the belts it never made any belt sounds. Car is going to get a new timing belt soon so prob gonnna go back to stock pulleys and a fan clutch instead of electric.
