Message	I'd rather not plug something in without some idea of why a previous owner unplugged it. Short circuit? Blowing fuses? Annoying behavior disabled? If it actually does something useful or helpful then it might be worth investigating and fixing whatever is wrong with it. If it's just something minor I'd rather not risk creating new problems. Car has enough other issues to keep me busy.
