Rotors don’t physically warp from everything I’ve seen. And if they did they aren’t going to warp back to being ok when they cool down. It’s usually from glazed patches on the rotor from overheating. My first suggestion would be to have a dedicated set of rotors for your pads. Or have your rotors turned and try it out. You could also try red scotchbrite with brake cleaner to strip them or brake material. I’d also suggest a high carbon brake rotor. Lastly, improve brake cooling because you haven’t necessarily ruled out operation beyond the pads specified limits. As far as EBC pad break in, I had the same suggested light braking for 200 miles. After that, they had a series of aggressive stops to round it out. I have yellow stuff pads, not sure what your running.
