Subject	What is this blue connector behind the drivers seat?

Message	I was recently given my Dad's 91 Turbo that has been sitting for a while. It runs great but unfortunately mice got into the interior at some point. I've pulled the interior out to clean and disinfect everything and I found a blue connector behind the driver's seat above the FPCU that has been disconnected. It seems to go to a relay of some sort but I don't know what it does or if it should be connected. Anybody know what this is?
