First time was a bad throttle position sensor, NDSI (Consult knockoff) showed eradicate voltage readings when cold so the ECU thought I was flexing the throttle. Second time was a cold solder connection in the fuel pump controller unit causing the pump to start and stop when cold. I found that via process of elimination. I was able to open the FPCU, find the bad joint and re-solder it. If soldering electronics is not one of your skills Matt Lovett is a great electronics wiz supporting the members.
