I would also check PTU. Ensure there is no corrosion at the terminals and pins. Corrosion at this location is common and most of the time an issue. Corrosion tends to creep down the wire over time and with temp changes under the hood it can cause intermittent miss fires or just flat out run like crap. You can check for resistance from end to end on each wire to make sure you are under 0.50 Ohms max. Anything above that i'd be iffy about it.
