Thats what I thought, but I couldn't figure out how as it seemed to not allow enough space for the filter (rubbing). The bottom of the filter is well below the front brace, so I tried the small end of the bracket attached to the brace with the long side toward the screw at the end of the filter. It's probably closer to fitting (filter nose screw to bracket) than what is depicted in this awesome artists rendering, but still not something I'm comfortable forcing:
