I made this post awhile ago for keeping the sensor with a TwinZ LED 3rd brake light and fixing hyper-flashing blinkers but the concept is the same with LED replacement bulbs. You will need a multimeter to measure the current that your LED bulbs draw and use that in the formula provided in the post.
