I've never seen many post about this, actually just one to be specific. But after looking for myself, I could NEVER put another motor together without deburring the Main Water Passage! It was so bad in this recent block im working on, the tunnel completely stopped up while deburring the first 10". I had to turn the block upside down and punch through it to clear it to continue.
Is this a bigger concern I just haven't came across on the forums? The work I done would seem to make a huge difference in the rear cylinder cooling.
