Thanks for your responses! Thinking it is FOD (Foreign Object Damage) at this point from when I R&R'd the manifold. Engine only rotates/travels 2.25" on the belt. Little more than an inch either side of TDC (clockwise/counter clockwise) before stopping. Something is seriously stopping the engine from rotating further. Interesting it rested around TDC. Checked 1,3,5 cylinders with camera, images attached. Dont know how to look back at the valves with the camera goose. Plugs not impacted but 1,3,5 carbon fouled. Now just need to get the manifold, exhaust and intake covers off and inspect cams and hope it can be fixed easily. Time consuming job since its all OEM (EGR, water lines,...).
