Message A Plenum removal is not usually something that ends up in an Engine Fatality..

The the Hard stop on the Engine is VERY worrisome..

The Crank at 5Deg is not that concerning as a tooth off is a lot farther than 5Deg..

Where did the Oil come from?..

My Take is the 1-3-5 not running is a bank not sealed.. A plenum not allowed to bolt up fla when you reassembled it. ( Just a guess.. I've done that )

Get the Front Belts out of the way, and use a Sockett and a Breaker to be able to see how far you can turn the Engine.. You are up aginst the Stop on the Foreward Direction, so turn it backwards and see how far you get.. do not force it through..

Are all the Spark Plug Tips Intact?.. Are you missing any Bolts/Nuts or washers?.. you might have dropped something in an Intake runner while the Plenum was off..

Purchase a USB Snake Camera with an attachable angle Mirror.. First look at the Tops of all the Pistons for Damage, then Put the Mirror on and just put the camera through the Spark plug hole, and rotate the Camera around to have a look at the Valves..

If you have a Piston VS Valve, you will see the Scars on the Piston Top.. If its a Bolt or washer, you will also see that..

Good Luck.. Please Post what you find..
