Message Recently removed and replaced plenum to seal an oil leak in the back. Replaced the VTCs solenoids in the process.

When running after all back together, 1,3,5 were not firing. Revved engine and then it suddenly started knocking so shut it down. Removed two of three timing covers and set #1 at TDC. The 4 Cam wheels are all lined up with the back plate dimples. Lower timing cover still on but the crank pulley lines up at 5 degrees on the timing scale plate.
Removed plugs and all three plugs (1,3,5) are fouled black. Timing belt tensions and belt physically look ok.

Engine rotates only about 120 degrees before something is stopping it (bent valve?).
Oil all over front lower 2/3’s of engine probably from a seal leak.

Questions:
1. Did the Crank gear slip on the belt a couple teeth as indicated by the +5 degrees timing mark alignment at TDC?
2. What is preventing the engine from rotating fully, bent valves, how to determine without complete disassembly?
