1. alternator pivot bolt is backwards. 2. Pump should be rebuilt IMHO, bearing shows grime 3. You need a larger 2nd washer on the SET bolt on the front. 4. large washer on the PIVOT bolt is wrong and doesn't belong there. 5. PIVOT bolt is wrong grade / application, get correct (JIS) bolt. 6. no washer on the TENSIONER fully threaded bolt.
How long is your power steering belt? Where is the pulley? Are you installing is facing the correct way? The 90-93 pump the pulley is a bit counterintuitive - it mounts with ribs toward the pump.
