Message	Like the matt mentioned, maybe a tensioner or drive belt or even the pulleys themselves. Id look into everything and see if anything is loose or wobbles. Also, check your powering steering reservoir and coolant and other liquid. Sounds like air is being sucked in. Make sure all is full
