Message	prepare the sealing surfaces on the steel tubes. These rust under the hoses and they need to be cleaned up for a proper seal. When I did the injectors, i had good access to do this. Having them out allowed me to sand them and polish them. Over the yrs these get pretty bad. Replacing them may not be a bad idea. OEM ones may still be available and there are powder coated SS from the after market.
