As the title of the post indicates I have discovered a small leak where the brake line enters the left front caliper. It appears to be a very slow leak and pools in the wheel after driving but never makes it to the floor. I tightened the fitting but it still leaks after driving. It did not leak when pumping the brakes in the garage. From what I have read it may be considered a weeping leak. Not sure how long it’s been occurring.
I’m hoping replacing the old brake line will fix the problem but before doing so I thought I would see if anyone else had experienced a leak at this location before and what the cause was or solution was. Thanks!
