Message	First of all, congrats for getting it working again. I don't know what to say about the green liquid, maybe a dye in the freon you are using, or the color of the PAG oil used in the system. Can't say. If the hissing is just when you shut it off, then it is just the pressure equalizing after the compressor stops. This is normal. In ref to the belts; the obvious question is have you adjusted them to spec? Since it is an obvious thing to do I am assuming you have. Since the alternator and water pump are on the same belt, it has to be one of those and since you say everything turns OK without the air on, then the Alt has a problem (assuming the belt is tight).
