New progress! I've replaced the expansion valve and the high side is no longer reading Low. I've replaced the reciever drier, expansion valve, vaccumed and threw in one 12 oz can (meant to put in less but-) The hissing sound is present for only a second before it completely stops so surely my old expansion valve was stuck open. The low side line actually gets cool now and the air blows cold. (Apparently the green liquid in the evaporator core is normal, YouTuber had his dripping it in a vid) However my belts still stop after some time. I believe this to be my alternators fault. Give me your input. 14.12 volts with no accessories--> 13.90 with headlights on---> 13.18-13.22---> with radio on (jumps between 12.20-13.02)>> with AC on. Read with multimeter dc volts 20 Seems my alternator is severally undercharging when the AC is on. But could that really slow and stop my belts? Isn't sudden like a lockup. Slows down before stopping still and then spins intermittently. I've had various signs of a weak alternator for a long time now
