Subject	Vacuum Leak from Rear Main Seal?

Message	I am chasing down a big vacuum leak on my 1993 NA, I have used a smoke machine and the leak appears to be coming from the rear main seal area. I have confirmed it is not coming from the EGR or any other typical locations. I do leak oil from my rear main seal, the question is, can a bad rear main seal cause a vacuum leak?
