I don't know exactly where they come from, but you can at least see the bolts used to assemble the Nissan tensioner are similar to the bolts used on the rest of the car (7 and 9 markings) as well as the classic Nissan QC markings. So either Nissan themself or a supplier that Nissan has always used, is still making them. In terms of the ITM unit on Rockauto, that does appear to be the exact one that CZP is selling, and good on them for putting up such great photos to allow comparison. CZP is offering a longer warranty and I'm willing to bet it is a quality part. I'd probably still get the Nissan unit myself for my TT, but no major concern about the unit CZP is selling if they're willing to put their name on it, I bet it works just as well.
