Subject	How to test Ac condenser fan?

Message	Hey guys so my AC doesn't blow cold at all. All blower settings work and even defrost works. I've noticed though that my AC condenser fan wasn't spinning at all despite turning on any AC options. Is there a way to further test the fan? Could it be why I get no cold air?
