Message	Nope. It does open up to a little over 3 after some turns. I checked belt deflection and it seems to be close enough to spec. We buttoned it up and are going to roll with it. I do not think the belt is over tight. Just annoying it wouldn't set to where I wanted it. I have never used this gates belt before.
