Suggested a wide band gauge to verify, or time on a dyno that has good AFR equipment to verify readings. He does say that it could be running too rich under certain conditions. This makes me think it could be related to the rich condition at idle. Going to put it back together and try a higher idle. Maybe the 740 injectors can't control the fuel as accurately at normal (low) idle and therefore causing too much of a rich condition. If that doesn't seem to help, I may have to look into a wide band setup to monitor more accurately.
