Message	it it set too rich at cold startup. does it start quick or grind a bit first? It sound like the cylinders are getting washed with fuel and maybe it is at cold startup. Some tuners like to add fuel at startup to make it start quicker. Could this be the case? It would seem any fuel in the oil got there before combustion started, or you would be spewing black smoke out the exhaust when driving.
