Following up on this. I finally found a code that helped. First, I sorted out all the issues with the Idle valve and hoses but when I went back to check the codes again I found a code for the MAF circuit. I replaced the MAF and connector and it started running even better. Now, it starts on the first key turn with no throttle input and stays running. The problem is that it still idles high (11-1200rpm) and jerks on acceleration so much so that I can't drive it. It has a decent amount of old gas in in (probably 6 years or so) but I am going to let it idle in the driveway to burn it off and refill it with fresh fuel to see if its any better. Any thoughts of what else to look at would be great. I appreciate all the help so far!
