Voltage on the IACVs AAC power supply line drops from ~11.5V to 0V for a about a second then lands at 6V where it remains the rest of the time you crank the engine. I also did this test cold, I'm sure having all the wiring hot after running would increase the voltage drop even more. I think this is the issue, not enough power to the AAC when cranking. The previous owner did some shoddy wiring to install gauges, a battery disconnect and some other junk. I think I'll start there...
