Message	Few more things to consider in addition to your list. Front bumper cover is slightly different to allow flow to the intercoolers. Turbo intake pipes under the headlight is slightly different to mount oem recirc valves. Lower rad mounting is different, need a bracket. Oil cooler and lines. AC line need to be massaged to fit intercooler piping/condenser. TT fuel pump and controller (or bypass) I suggest a new EFI harness while engine is out since old one is 30 years old. TT clutch and flywheel Socket your NA ECU + boost controller. Down pipes and test pipes for a TT or find a set of JDM 1/4" DP to NA exh.
