Subject	Defective new PTU??

Message	So I'm trouble shooting a no spark condition. I test my PTU for continuity per the service manual and it proves dead. I buy a new PTU and perform the same test and it doesn't pass either. I'm clamping my gator clip to pin G on one side and probing E1-E6 on the other. I even tried reversing polarity just for the heck of it and still nothing. The other service manual tests also fail. Is it possible I have a defective new unit?
