Message the procedure in the manual? From memory, I think the rough process is to warm the car up, turn off the IACV, adjust the screw to idle around 550 or 600rpm, and then plug the IACV back in.

This process essentially sets the "Base idle" a bit lower than the car and then the IACV lets in a bit of air to control idle to the 700rpm target (or higher, depending on conditions and A/C state). If your base idle is set too high, turning off the IACV won't do anything.

Unplug or disable the IACV and turn the screw in a little bit to see if the idle drops. If it doesn't, you probably have a small vacuum leak somewhere.
