Message	Ok, i was able to verify voltage at each injector. I get around 12.1-4volts (same as battery) on one side of the connector. Think I mentioned before but I also did a continuity check from the ecu to the injectors as well just to verify. I am totally at a loss. My only assumption right now is that the ECU is not grounding the injectors. Any thoughts on how to verify this?
