that all seem to work together peacefully without any measurable galvanic corrosion? Now if these metals are both regularly exposed to water or some other electrolyte, then by all means, choose your materials like they're going into a 787 and people's lives depend upon their not corroding... but this isn't the case with VG valve cover fasteners. Crush washers were only used as OE on the intake valve covers, so I assumed that your leak originated from an intake valve cover... I forgot to remember that I should never assume that every Z32 owner knows where the valve cover crush washers should be used. For exhaust valve cover leaks I recommend not using any sort of crush washer under the bolt heads, RTV gray, and these - https://www.bde-performance.com/exhaust.htm
