it's a swap so no hardline, it's a flex line from z1. neither transmission had a heat shield. There's heat shields on the turbos, and over the other lines running to the back of the car on the drivers side of the body. I made use of those to run the new line to give it protection. There's a heatshield behind the transmission between the driveshaft and the exhaust. That's about it for heat shields on this car. it was slipping at first, so I re-bled the line and put in a higher temp fluid for the clutch. It does not seem to slip anymore that I've noticed. yes there's plenty of oil in the transmission itself.
