I'm tearing down a TT motor for a refresh before it goes in my NA. This motor came with MSP manifolds on it and GT2560R turbos. I was unable to get 3 out of 4 nuts off the turbo to manifold studs on the pass side and they have started to round off. I took the whole lump off the motor together and now I need to figure out what to do to separate the turbo from the mani.
Any advice? I've sprayed them down with PB several times. I suppose I can cut or grind them off but then I'll need to replace the studs and wasn't sure what to replace them with. And if the nuts won't come off, the studs probably won't exit without a fight too. Seems like a lot of work I'd rather avoid so if someone has a trick they want to share I'm listening.
