Subject	Anyone have similar electrical issue?

Message	CAR: 1996 turbo w/ JWT ECU and boost jets, 52k miles, all else stock SYMPTOMS: When brake is applied HICAS light will light up, sometimes accompanied by the ABS light and sometimes still accompanied by the speedo and tach needles dropping for an instant. Even more rarely will I actually get a hesitation. Sometimes this will happen at startup and go away when warmed-up. sometimes it will develop after warm-up. Anyone have any direction?
