Message Hallo

So i replaced timing belt , crankshaft sprocket wheel, Upper & Lower Timing Belt Idler Pulleys..

After turning engine couple of times the timing belt walks of by 1mm off the crankshaft sprocket wheel and stays there...

There is a Shim between Harmonic ballancer and the sprocket wheel to guide the timing belt, but I just wanted to ask if it only walks of by 1mm if its ok then to assemble the rest ?
Or does timing belt have to be exactly in the middle of the crank sprocket wheel and under no circumstance allowed to touch plates/shims of the
crankshaft sprocket wheel ?

Thanks
