Hi guys, im chasing a weird electrical issue..No power to anything. Fusible link is OK. Car's just had an engine rebuild and it worked fine when the engine was removed. No 12v to either side of the fusible link with key turned. After inspection i found the fuseblock with the fusible links has the plug cut that connects it to the positive, I Didn't do it and assume the previous owner did, but it worked before like this? when you connect them they just spark, unless the blue fusible link is removed then it doesen't spark but the horn stays on constantly!
