Message	Once your engine is fully warmed up, check your timing with a mechanical timing light, set to 15 degrees. 21 is way off if that's at warm idle .. Id physically check it manually to confirm thats accurate. Also the throttle position sensor should be set to 0.42-.044 at idle.. theres a lot of guides to do that also and its easy with datascan / conzult.
