Message I have same turbos and controller. Leveling at that pressure means the unit is not turning on and it’s running off wastegate spring pressure.

For what it’s worth, my first one did this and I did some troubleshooting with AEM and we found that the unit was DOA right out of the box. They sent a new one that worked for about a year and then it failed open causing some serious over boost. I just use it as a boost gauge now and run a manual controller.

If you want to test it, set the crack pressure to like 0.5psi. Power car on but don’t start engine. Pull the pressure hose to the boost controller and blow into it to build pressure. You should hear the solenoid switching. If not, the unit is toast.

My guess is they are using a shitty FET for switching and it blows to easy.
